Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Support the site’s Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) by targeting critical equipment assets for
• Train employees on reliability processes and train supervision on the impact that operators and
• Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities
• Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and apply knowledge in methods and processes
• Analyze failure history to determine reliability characteristics of key systems and develop
• Develop and enforce an Asset Operations Plan and Asset Maintenance Plan to ensure optimum

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors qualification in Engineering or relevant discipline, or Trade qualification plus 4-6
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in computer-based Maintenance Management systems.
• Previous demonstrated experience of six sigma methodology beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills under pressure.
