📋 Description

  • Leading Preventive Maintenance Plan & Execution
  • Review & Assuring Required Spare parts & Inventory Level
  • Develop Action Plan (Mitigation, Corrective & Preventive) for breakdown/issue
  • Review Preventive Maintenance plan to be dynamic and suit to real condition of plant
  • Defining standards & procedure
  • Coordinating Maintenance Program within internal & external team

🎯 Requirements

  • University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or related field
  • Local - Fluent, English – Intermediate
  • 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including
  • Min of 2 years in people leadership with focus on team development
  • Experience of change management within plant (nice to have)
  • Project management experience including leading a project (nice to have)
