🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering with industrial equipment experience.
• Experience applying RCA, preventive maintenance optimization, and failure elimination.
• Troubleshooting rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Ability to analyze equipment data and identify reliability opportunities to improve uptime.
• Strong communication and collaboration across maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
