Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar.
5+ years as a Reliability Engineer in semiconductor/photonics.
Knowledge of HTOL, HAST, TDDB, HTHH, TC testing.
Hands-on with failure analysis tools (SEM, TEM, FIB, EMMI).
Understanding of device physics, reliability and failure in Serdes/digital ICs.
Familiarity with packaging failure mechanisms (TSV, solder joints, warpage, migrations).
