Build test plans for new products and sustaining Eng; include sample size and reliability goals.
Validate products with off-the-shelf gear and custom rigs; manage labs.
Design, build, and automate test rigs/fixtures for exercise equipment.
Report validation status/results to cross-functional teams; track progress.
Conduct preliminary root cause analysis and drive cross-functional resolution.
Standardize test documentation; ensure safety; maintain lab equipment and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

1-3+ years of systematic product testing experience
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree; MS preferred
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (Taiwanese preferred)
3D modeling in SolidWorks; read/create drawings
Statistical analysis: Python, R, or Minitab
Automation: LabVIEW or PLC programming
