📋 Description

  • Drive adoption and growth of Augury’s machine health solutions for customers.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technical project leads and maintenance stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic items to drive facility customer growth and expansion on the Augury platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.
  • Lead post-implementation adoption activities and monitor success of customer initiatives.
  • Guide customers through the Maturity Index to integrate Augury into workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing role; vibration analysis, reliability, maintenance ops.
  • Vibration Analysis CAT 2+ required.
  • Customer-centric, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication; explain data to non-technical audiences.
  • Bi-lingual a plus: Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, German, or French.
