📋 Description

• Deliver high-touch relocation services to employees and families.
• Serve as a knowledgeable local resource for relocations.
• Conduct housing, school research and area orientation.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage multiple client engagements.
• Provide virtual or in-person area tours and guidance.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, video, or in person.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 5 years of Nashville residency with local knowledge.
• Must own a reliable 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Flexible and available to work weekends.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in relocation services, real estate, or mobility preferred.
