• Problem-Solving & Independence: proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently
• Tech & Tools Proficiency: CRM systems, digital sales platforms, Microsoft Office
• Automotive Knowledge: vehicle valuation, reconditioning, inventory management a plus
• Mobility & Driving Requirements: willing to travel ~30% within territory; valid driver's license
