📋 Description

• Work remotely and engage with the team daily.
• SME for QI measures, programs, customers, and payer initiatives.
• Outreach patients to close quality gaps; educate on preventive care.
• Collect quality data from EMR, claims, and provider outreach.
• Use multiple systems daily: EMR, payer portals, Guidehealth apps, MS 365, Teams.
• Prioritize tasks to meet quality reporting deadlines; communicate results.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher; CMA/LPN certification.
• 1-3 years healthcare; EMR data abstraction; medical terminology; quality measures.
• 2 years Medicare Advantage QA data abstraction and patient outreach.
• Tech-savvy; Excel and PowerPoint; multi-system navigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Nice to have: QA initiatives and data submissions.
