• Work fully remote and engage with team daily.
• SME on QA measures, services, and payer quality initiatives.
• Conduct proactive patient outreach for preventive care and adherence.
• Collect quality data from EMR, claims, and provider outreach.
• Use EMR, payer portals, vendor platforms, Guidehealth apps, and Microsoft 365.
• Prioritize tasks to meet quality reporting deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher; CMA or LPN certification.
• 1-3 years in healthcare; EMR data abstraction; quality measures.
• 2+ years Medicare Advantage quality data abstraction and patient outreach.
• Tech-savvy with health data; Excel and PowerPoint; multi-system navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized; able to meet deadlines; able to collaborate.
