📋 Description

• Work remotely and engage with the team daily.
• SME on QI measures, services, and payer quality initiatives.
• Conduct proactive patient outreach to close quality gaps and educate on preventive care.
• Collect quality data from EMR, claims, and provider outreach.
• Use EMR, payer portals, Guidehealth apps, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Prioritize work to meet quality reporting deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher; CMA/LPN certified/licensed.
• 1-3 years in healthcare; EMR data abstraction; medical terminology; quality measures; billing/coding.
• At least 2 years Medicare Advantage quality data abstraction and patient outreach.
• Tech-savvy with health data; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; multi-system usage.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Strong attention to detail; organized; able to meet hard deadlines.
