• Proactive patient outreach to close quality gaps and educate on care.

• Collect quality data from EMR, claims, and outreach.
\n
• Manage daily work across EMR, payer portals, Guidehealth apps, Microsoft 365, Teams.
\n
• Prioritize work to meet quality reporting deadlines.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Associate degree or higher; CMA, LPN certification.
\n
• 1-3 years healthcare; EMR data abstraction, terminology, quality measures, billing/coding.
\n
• 2 years Medicare Advantage QA data abstraction and patient outreach.
\n
• Tech savvy with health data, Excel, PowerPoint, multiple systems.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication.
\n
• Attention to detail; organized; able to meet deadlines.
\n
