🎯 Requirements

  • Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
  • ILE passed; administered by International Hearing Society (IHS)
  • Patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, outcomes-focused
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
  • Strong organizational skills and cross-team collaboration in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (costs covered by hear.com)
