📋 Description

• Work remotely with care teams to manage patient populations.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant or EMT with 2+ years of experience.
• Love coordinating care for patients with complex needs.
• Willing to learn motivational interviewing and behavioral change.
• Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, professionalism, respect.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiar with EHRs like eClinicalWorks, EPIC, Cerner.
