• Work remotely with medical staff to manage patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant or EMT with 2+ years experience.
• Love coordinating care for patients with complex needs.
• Willing to learn motivational interviewing and behavior change.
• Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, professionalism, respect.
• Document patient interviews accurately in real time.
• Familiar with EMRs (eClinicalWorks, EPIC, Athena, Cerner) and MS Office.
