📋 Description

• Process inbound calls from stranded motorists, gathering essential details to dispatch assistance
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure accurate and rapid dispatch of tow trucks and
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy and active listening to calm anxious customers
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools simultaneously to track service progress
• Collaborate with remote team members via Zoom and Google Chat in a performance-driven environment
• Provide a clear roadmap to customers and guide them through unplanned events

🎯 Requirements

• Must physically reside in one of these states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi
• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced contact center
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background screening (10 years for misdemeanors, lifetime for
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup free from background noise
• Bring your own device (BYOD): PC with Windows 11 version 24H2, 25H2, or newer; Intel/AMD processor
