Remote WFH Response Associate, Roadside Assistance (CSR)

📋 Description

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from motorists across the U.S.
• Gather essential details regarding location and vehicle issues to dispatch assistance quickly
• Coordinate efficiently with external service providers to ensure the right help arrives at the
• Use active listening and empathy to calm frustrated or anxious customers
• Utilize multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools simultaneously to track service progress
• Collaborate with peers and managers via Zoom and Google Chat in a remote team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Currently physically reside in one of: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri
• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced contact center
• Successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background screening
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup free from background noise
• Provide own work equipment meeting specified requirements
• Full-time availability including weekends and holidays
