📋 Description

• Handle high-volume calls from stranded motorists, gathering essential details regarding location
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating efficiently with external service providers to ensure the
• De-escalate and support frustrated or anxious customers using active listening and empathy.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools simultaneously to track service progress
• Excel in a virtual team environment, collaborating with peers and managers via Zoom and Google Chat.

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in one of the following US states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi
• 1+ years of continuous customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced contact center
• Successful pass a comprehensive criminal background screening.
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup; provide your own work equipment.
• PC: desktop or laptop manufactured 2021 or later; Windows 11 (version 24H2, 25H2, or newer); Intel
• Hardwired internet via Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not allowed); min 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
