📋 Description

• Lead complex renewable energy financing transactions, serving as the senior attorney and managing
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate financing documentation, from term sheets to definitive
• Advise on a broad range of financing structures, including construction and permanent debt
• Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and external professionals to manage transaction matters and
• Oversee and support attorney teams throughout complex transactions, while providing guidance and
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and meeting demanding

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of law firm experience in a practice serving clients in renewable energy or
• Extensive experience with debt and tax equity project financing, including construction and
• Demonstrated ability to act as lead counsel on sophisticated financing transactions, independently
• A strong foundation in corporate law; experience leading project and portfolio M&A transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage several complex matters

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary starting at $265,000, with the final amount determined by experience, relevant
• Annual merit-based bonuses.
