• Support clients and legal teams throughout renewable energy project development and related

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 7–10 years of law firm experience, ideally with a practice focused on renewable
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating renewable energy contracts, particularly EPCs
• Strong deal management, organizational, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research capabilities and a demonstrated ability to produce clear, precise legal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
