📋 Description

  • Develop and implement a renewal strategy to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure seamless renewals and align solutions to needs.
  • Proactively engage several quarters ahead of renewals to identify risk and coordinate remediation.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to generate revenue and drive to closure.
  • Act as the primary contact for renewal inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct account reviews and forecasting to identify at-risk accounts and address churn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales/Account Mgmt; enterprise software background.
  • Knowledge of open source, APIs or infrastructure software is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to grow customer relationships and retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast renewals and identify growth.
