Renewal Manager (ET)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end renewal process for assigned book; primary broker contact.
• Build and maintain trusted broker relationships via proactive communication.
• Conduct renewal strategy discussions on pricing, plan design, networks.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while balancing retention goals.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Account Management, Implementation, Billing to deliver renewal.
• Maintain accurate renewal records and manage multiple renewal timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in employee benefits, health insurance, renewals, or related field.
• Strong understanding of employer-sponsored health insurance and renewals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
