• Manage renewal lifecycle for a high-volume portfolio.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract renewals across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in Renewals, Inside Sales, CS or AM handling renewals.
• Commercial mindset: comfortable driving deals, close, and discounts/credits.
• High-volume operations: organized; proficient with CRM and AI automation.
• Experience managing procurement cycles through renewal.
• Located in NAMER or LATAM time zones.
