Renewal Specialist (Tech Touch) (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Manage opportunities in the assigned portfolio; research customer health.
• Coordinate with Tech Touch CSMs to strategize renewals and bookings.
• Proactively discover with customers and address objections to close deals.
• Negotiate terms to prevent churn and secure optimal pricing.
• Generate pricing quotes for renewals in line with company standards.
• Close renewal opportunities efficiently; meet renewal bookings targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Hybrid work schedule at the São Paulo office (Vila Olímpia)
