Renewals Inside Sales Rep - German Speaker

📋 Description

• Proactive outbound calls/emails to existing Customers/Partners in the Installed Base (DACH)
• Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell using Installed Base data and reporting
• Leverage Installed Base data to grow subscribers and boost attach rates
• Support lifecycle/Installed Base growth initiatives with Partners and Customers
• Identify whitespace opportunities within existing environments
• Serve as liaison between Customers, Partners and SonicWall sales for smooth information flow

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, renewals, inside sales or customer account management
• Fluent German (mandatory) and good English skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze Installed Base data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Critical thinking and consultative mindset
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business plans for decisions
