Renewals Manager

📋 Description

• Own, drive, and lead the renewals process for customers in the Japan market, in collaboration with
• Actively engage with key decision-makers to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value
• Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer goals in partnership with Finance
• Engage with at-risk customers and develop prescriptive strategies to mitigate potential churn and
• Communicate renewal risk clearly, take the lead in developing resolution strategies, and escalate
• Discover and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process to maximize

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles, such as software/subscription renewals
• Experience managing commercial negotiations, discovery, value selling, and closing, with a track
• Comfortable working with technology and business systems such as Salesforce, Asana, or other SaaS
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability
