Renewals Manager (Italian Speaker)

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end commercial renewal lifecycle across high-velocity Enterprise Growth accounts
• Navigate Italian public sector procurement mechanisms, tender processes, compliance mandates, and
• Proactively manage renewal cycles, including initiating customer engagements, preparing proposals
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasts in Salesforce and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to deliver a seamless
• Deliver business updates to EMEA leadership on renewal progress and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of quota-carrying or commercial outcome-oriented experience in renewals, account
• Proven familiarity with Italian Public Sector procurement processes, government buying cycles, and
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding retention, renewal rate, or revenue quotas.
• Sharp commercial instincts with experience negotiating complex contractual, legal, and pricing
• Native fluency in Italian and professional business fluency in English.
