🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in multifamily housing, manufactured housing, or residential
• Strong understanding of multi-state landlord-tenant laws
• Familiarity with manufactured housing lease structures
• Proficiency with property management software, including ManageAmerica
• Strong ability to interpret renewal, occupancy, retention, and financial performance data
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, deadline-sensitive workflows
