Renewals Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage renewals from identification through final renewal decisions.
• Maintain renewal opportunities in CRM with pricing, costs, and margins.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, and technical teams to validate contracts.
• Obtain renewal pricing based on negotiated agreements and discounts.
• Prepare renewal proposals, contracts, and service documentation.
• Ensure maintenance agreements are completed within expected timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years in communications, business, or customer operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with CRM platforms and opportunity management tools.
• Experience with Avaya or related telecommunications solutions (preferred).
