Renewals Specialist

📋 Description

• Forecast upcoming renewals and prepare and deliver renewal quotes.
• Manage renewal timelines, documentation, and follow-ups to keep renewals on track.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Order Processing, Billing, Finance, and Legal to resolve renewal
• Communicate directly with customers about renewals and account health, including closing renewal
• Review contract terms and work with Finance and Legal to support compliant agreements.
• Create and execute customer nurture campaigns in Totango.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, account management, customer service
• Experience leading discussions with customers or internal partners to clarify complex requirements
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
• The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and produce polished, customer-ready
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
