📋 Description

  • Serve as primary owner of renewal opportunities from start to finish.
  • Understand customer objectives, stakeholders, buying processes, and evolving needs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers, end users, and procurement to expand presence.
  • Maintain accurate account information, including profiles and contacts.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain opportunities and create renewal quotations in Minitab's CRM for the territory.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, or Business preferred.
  • Entry-level opportunity with growth potential.
  • Experience with software contracts, subscriptions, or licensing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Minitab products and services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industries served by Minitab and their business drivers is a plus.
  • Understanding of CEL, CSF, and competitive landscape is a plus.
