Renovations Project Manager (Ohio, Field-Based)

📋 Description

• Own projects end-to-end: Lead every turn and renovation from initiation through completion, setting
• Walk the homes: Be on site at move-out, during renovation, and at completion to scope work, track
• Run the plan: Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and status updates, and get ahead of
• Build and manage the vendor bench: Source trade partners, hold them to standard on scope, timeline
• Be the hub: Serve as the central point of contact across Property Management, Finance, Legal, and
• Report what matters: Track project metrics and outcomes, giving leadership and stakeholders clear

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in construction/renovations project management or operations, owning complex
• Field-tested: Hands-on experience in construction, renovation, or property operations. You've
• Rigorous background: You've managed projects in a high-growth or institutionally rigorous setting
• Analytical and systems-fluent: You're comfortable with data, metrics, and operational reporting.
• Operator mindset: You think like an investor and act like an operator, with a bias toward action
• Clear communicator: You can boil a messy situation down for senior stakeholders and keep teams with
