Rental Agent

📋 Description

• Ensure bookings are placed on appropriate systems accurately and send out and retrieve paperwork
• Establish new and develop existing business through relationships with customers via professional
• Answer calls from customers to assist with queries, offering advice, support, and information, and
• Complete all associated paperwork relating to vehicle transfers and yard checks
• Maintain appropriate face-to-face interaction, hospitality, and professionalism towards clients on
• Accurately calculate rental estimates, chase quotes, and follow up

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced Agent role, preferably within the Hire
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure, both independently and as part of a
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
• Strong communication skills for clear and friendly interactions with customers
• Open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours
• Valid driving license and not less than 12 months driving experience
