• Serve as first point of contact for customers
• Guide customers through car rental process
• Prepare rental agreements
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in commission-driven environment
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
