📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and
• Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment
• Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
