• First point of contact for customers, friendly, knowledgeable, sales-focused
• Offer tailored proposals and create memorable customer experiences
• Handle rental contracts and customer inquiries with organized, service-oriented mindset
• Assist with vehicle preparation, support efficient branch processes, represent SIXT
• Coordinate vehicle delivery/pickup between locations and ensure timely service

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for sales, service, and customer guidance
• Experience in direct customer contact – in service, tourism, or sales
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Flexible, team player, full-time availability for shift work, weekends and holidays
• Valid driving license (B)
