📋 Description

• Act as first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and service-oriented
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance customer experience
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, tourism, or hospitality (direct customer contact)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays (full-time or part-time)
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
