• You are the first point of contact for customers – friendly, professional and sales-focused
• Greet and guide customers through the car rental process, building rapport
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell upgrades, protection, fuel, and services
• Meet/exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Handle inquiries with urgency, organized and service-minded

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
• Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental
• Excellent verbal communication and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and under pressure
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays, flexible hours
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record; authorized to work in US without sponsorship
