📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers - friendly, professional, and passionate about
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the SIXT fleet and all products
• Handle various branch tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• Communicative and articulate in English
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays (full-time or
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Customer service and sales skills
• Ability to prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries
