Repair Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own the complete repair and parts lifecycle for 24/7 AV operations from intake to release.
• Coordinate work assignments, vehicle information, and parts availability to minimize downtime.
• Support service workflow, technician communication, and inventory infrastructure.
• Maintain security standards and 24/7 coverage for mission-critical operations.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to optimize turnaround and accuracy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to SLAs for fleet availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing repair orders, parts, and inventory in a fleet or shop environment.
• Strong coordination skills with ability to track cycles, downtime, and part usage.
• Familiarity with ERP/SMS or fleet management systems (SAP strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and vendors.
• Knowledge of inventory best practices (FIFO, cycle counts, ABC analysis).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.
