📋 Description

• Shift Pattern: Support 24/7 AV depot operations; work day shifts (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM), alternating
• Technical Team Management: Serve as day-to-day point of accountability for onsite repair partner
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with internal teams owning third-party relationships and offsite
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, skills assessments, and development
• Team Development & Coaching: Onboard new repair coordinators (work order management, vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or
• 4+ years of progressive experience in fleet maintenance management, automotive service operations
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams including hiring, training, performance management
• 2+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in
• Proven expertise in electric vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures, and advanced automotive
• Strong understanding of maintenance management systems, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision
