📋 Description

• Supports replenishment strategy, analytics, and reporting for assigned clients, focusing on Walmart.
• Delivers analyses of demand forecasts, supply forecasts, inventory, and order patterns with accuracy.
• Translates data into actionable recommendations for clients, retailers, and teams.
• Maintains replenishment tools and processes; identifies risks and opportunities.
• Collaborates with Insights team; may support additional accounts, retailers, or projects.
• Travel up to 10% as needed to present to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in CPG analytics roles (Category/Insights/Replenishment).
• Strong curiosity and desire to understand the "why" behind the data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; manage datasets and create clear presentations.
• Ability to articulate insights concisely and translate data into implications.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset; balance primary account responsibilities with changing priorities.
