Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for pipelines, forecasting
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and analytical insights for Sales Operations leadership.
• Analyze pipeline health, stage progression, conversion, attainment trends, and risks/opportunities.
• Monitor Salesforce data quality and escalate hygiene issues affecting reporting accuracy.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations.
• Support strategic initiatives and commercial projects with data-driven analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, BI, or similar analytics.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Strong Power BI capabilities for dashboards, data modeling, visualization, and optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP) and large dataset analysis.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline reporting, KPI measurement, and business reviews.
