Reports to VP of Operations and/or COO
Leads implementation of reporting platforms for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data
Single source of truth for reporting across Ops, QA, TA, Training, and Client Services
Handles ad hoc reporting requests
Develops Power BI dashboards to consolidate reporting
Partners with Wing Assistant for consolidation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

Experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI; preferably in BPO/remote work
Significant experience with MySQL for querying and analyzing data
Proficiency in Power BI and visualization tools
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple reporting requests
Excellent communication and cross‑department collaboration
