📋 Description

  • Reports to the VP of Operations and/or COO
  • Leads implementation of reporting platforms for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly data
  • Acts as the single source of truth for reporting across Ops, QA, TA, Training, and Client Services
  • May be called on for ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Develops Power BI reports to consolidate all reporting requirements
  • Partners with Wing Assistant team for consolidation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting or BI.
  • Significant experience with MySQL for querying data.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests.
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
