Repossession Coordinator (R14323)

📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance to members with delinquent accounts who may be eligible for
• Coordinate repossession and remarketing activities with members, internal business partners, and
• Complete required account reviews, letters, scrubs, and other operational steps associated with
• Monitor repossession and remarketing inventory and account status, identifying issues and
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with business partners to resolve workflow issues and keep
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable lending regulations and Oportun policies and apply them

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of collections experience.
• 5–7 years of repossession experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with members, business partners, and third-party vendors.
• Working knowledge of applicable lending regulations and ability to follow established policies and
