📋 Description

• Own the rescue order queue and approve/reject with budget/inventory in view.
• Onboard new rescue partners and run live activation calls.
• Be the voice of the program with partners via email.
• Triage support escalations and investigate CRM issues.
• Maintain clean partner records in Close and pipeline accuracy.
• Coordinate device shipments for events and promotions.

🎯 Requirements

• Current college student or recent grad; business, marketing, communications, or animal science
• Organized and reliable; can run a daily queue
• Clear, friendly writer; comfortable emailing partners
• Sound judgment; follows playbooks and flags odd cases
• AI savvy; uses tools like ChatGPT/Claude; build automations
• Fast to learn tools (CRM, Slack, admin systems)
