Research Associate

📋 Description

• Lead participant engagement across five sites from recruitment to follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day data management in REDCap.
• Coordinate site referral pipelines to recruit participants.
• Screen eligibility and obtain informed consent by phone.
• Complete REDCap enrollment and baseline data entry.
• Conduct follow-up outreach at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, public health, community health, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years direct experience with people experiencing SUD, homelessness, justice involvement, or related contexts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with participants.
• Persistence with high-volume outreach via phone and email.
• Deep commitment to harm reduction and improving health and dignity of people who use drugs.
• Comfort with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
