📋 Description

• Execute NGS workflows and cfDNA extraction.
• Isolate plasma and buffy coat from whole blood.
• Perform library preparation for NGS using automated/manual methods.
• Quantify nucleic acids with Qubit, Nanodrop, BioAnalyzer, and qPCR.
• Load libraries on NextSeq, MiSeq, NovaSeq, Revio.
• Maintain precise records in LIMS and ensure HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a biological science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related laboratory experience.
• Must pass a post-offer criminal background check.
• Strong pipetting skills with single and multi-channel pipettes.
• Experience with LIMS and Microsoft Office / Google Drive.
• Clear, direct oral and written communication; team player.
