📋 Description

• Collaborate with Insights team to run teleconferences across sectors
• Proactively monitor upcoming call topics; identify experts 1–2 weeks before calls
• Recruit Advisors via phone and LinkedIn outreach; verify credentials
• Develop screening criteria and review expert responses to gauge knowledge
• Finalize scheduling and call logistics with experts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic record
• 1–2 years in pre-sales/sales/client service/BPO/lead generation
• Experience in cold calling and cold emails to generate leads
• Ability to work flexibly on EMEA overlap hours
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proactive, results-driven with initiative
• Deliver excellent service to clients within tight timelines
• Team player who can also work independently
• Desire to learn and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
